Infarmed, under the provisions of article 19-º-A of Decree-Law no. 307/2007, of August 31, amended by Decree-Law no. 75/2016, of November 8, which proceeded to the seventh amendment to the legal regime for workshop pharmacies, organizes and maintains a permanently updated register of each pharmacy and all acts subject to endorsement.

The following acts are subject to endorsement in the pharmacy license:

a) Ownership and respective changes;

b) Technical direction;

c) Location of the pharmacy;

d) Mobile pharmaceutical stations dependent on the pharmacy.

Access the Licensing Requests+ page (forms and minutes), where the forms and drafts necessary for submitting licensing requests are available, which must be done through the Licensing+ Portal.

Access the Licensing+ Portal to submit licensing requests, consult and monitor their status, make payments, respond to requests for information, receive decisions and authorizations, permits or certificates, referring to pharmacies, entities in the distribution circuit wholesale of medicines, medical devices and active substances, manufacturing of medical devices, medicine intermediation activity and direct acquisition of medicines by public and private pharmaceutical services.
